This blog is about the animals I have rescued, who have been a part of my life and are no longer with me. I would like to dedicate this site to the lives of those who deserved to be honored but never were.
First of all I'm not a PETA fanatic-I don't agree with their organization and I feel they have misrepresented themselves to the public. I am an animal lover I help animals in need; when I was a kid (a LONG time ago), much to my mother's dismay, I helped animals that needed my help, I'd bring home stray dogs, cats, birds, turtles, snakes, even a baby squirrel once. I rehabilitated the ones I could and found them homes but sadly others couldn’t be helped. Such is rescue.
At this time in our failing economy horses are in dire straights and I am in a position to help some of them. I operate a small horse rescue at my home in No. California, if I can I also take in other animals as well. Currently I have 10 horses-7 are rescues; 5 dogs-3 are rescues; 6 cats-all rescues; and Annie, one of the cutest goats ever-she came to me with a badly broken leg, she's fully recovered and into anything/everything on the ranch! She might get her own blog!
But this blog will be about those animals that have been a part of my life and are no longer with me I would like to dedicate this site to the lives of those who deserved to be honored but never were.
